Training

SAM provides complimentary training to all customer who purchase production equipments from SAM. This training is highly recommended and should not be missed.

During the training, we transfer the process knowledge vital for manufacturing highest quality product & intensive detailed understanding if machine functionality & logic. This will ensure operation & engineering staff to keep their machinery running at the optimal levels & ensure highest yields.

Assisted Production

The assisted production is and additional service offered by SAM to those customers who decide to install new or also or pre-owned equipment from SAM.

The assisted production consist in an extension of the training given by a SAM engineer once the equipment are already installed and in production. During this period the SAM Engineer stays with the customer's engineers and operators, and helps them in making the first batches of production. This period is extremely helpful to the customer's personnel in order to gain familiarity and experience with the equipment.

During the Assisted Production, SAM engineers will show how to smartly operate the equipment with some of the trick gained from experience. They will also be simulating alarms or accidental stops on different section of the equipment, in order to train the engineers to be able to find and resolve the simulated interruption or alarm.

From our experience we have noticed that the customer's engineers and operators after the period of assisted production get more and more familiar and independent with the equipment. And this can only result in a better quality of the discs made and a higher output of the equipment.

Process Audit

Some time it is not sufficient to provide the training only to customer engineers therefore SAM also undertake additional audit to customer factory on special request of customer.

Machine Handing followed by expert advices.

Machine maintenance followed by specialist advices.

Process inspection followed by expert advices.

Maintenance

SAM also undertake maintenance job of the equipments sold by SAM.

SAM also undertake the annual maintenance contract for the maintenance of equipments sold my SAM.
